Two-key tourist apartment building project located in Malaga. The building is developed on a 123 m2 plot in a consolidated urban environment, very close to the city center.
The building is organized on 4 levels, with a staircase located in a central position, giving rise to the program of uses of the building around it.
A total of 9 tourist apartments are projected with a loft-type interior layout, at a rate of 3 apartments per floor
achieving optimal comfort in all of them, guaranteed by the natural lighting and ventilation of all of them, either through the main facade or through the rear facade facing a large backyard.
The interior design of the apartments follows a common aesthetic, with certain brushstrokes of materiality that are proposed differently in each of the apartments, giving each of them their own character.
The design of the exterior facade is minimalist, respecting the characteristics of the surrounding building and reflecting the rhythms of hollows and solids present throughout the street.
