Isolated single-family housing project located in Rincón de la Victoria (Málaga). The plot on which this house is located has an area of 635 m2 and is located in a privileged enclave next to the golf course and with a panoramic view of the sea.
The house has a marked horizontality due to the fact that the program is developed mostly on a single floor, from which the aim is to enhance the visuals at all times.
The main floor consists of three bedrooms (one of them with its own bathroom and dressing room and integrated bathtub),
a bathroom, a toilet and a main area around a central patio with kitchen, living room and dining room.
The exterior spaces have been designed looking for a relaxed environment from which to enjoy the views. The main exterior element is the infinity pool that frames the horizon and visually merges with the sea in the background. Around this, a combination of spaces that combine hard pavements with soft pavements complete the exterior rooms of this house.
On the basement level are the complementary uses, such as the garage, storage and an extra apartment.
