Isolated single-family housing project located in Malaga. The house is developed on a plot with a steep upward slope and an area of 971 m2.
In order to adapt to the harsh topographic conditions present, the two floors of the house are built on a large basement that serves as a base and manages to raise the house to a higher level, where a more friendly adaptation to the terrain is achieved and a greater use of the outdoor spaces.
The access from the street communicates with the basement, where you can ascend to the rest of the levels by stairs and elevator. An access staircase to the upper level is also projected on the outside.
On the first floor, above the basement, is the night area, made up of 3 bedrooms, two of them with their own dressing room and sharing a bathroom and the other with its own bathroom and built-in wardrobe, and a laundry room.
The upper floor corresponds to the day area for the most part, and is distributed in a bedroom suite, with its own dressing room and bathroom, a toilet, a pantry and an open-plan kitchen, dining room and living room.
This floor is directly related to the outdoor pool area, achieving a large space for enjoyment in the most private part of the plot.
The rest of the plot has landscaped areas.
