Isolated single-family housing project located in Torremolinos (Málaga). The plot on which the house is developed has an area of 430 m2 and a topography with a very marked slope, for which a series of exterior platforms have been established for the perfect location of the house.
The body of the basement acts as the base of the house, establishing the level of the first of the platforms and the floor of the bedrooms. In this house, in a way that is out of the ordinary, the bedrooms are located below the day area.
Above this is the highest level, with the upper floor containing the kitchen, living room and dining room in a single space, which extends to the garden platform where the pool is located.
The lateral spaces materialize in the form of landscaped exteriors that serve as a link between the different platforms and the street.
This project stands out for its careful interior design, for which every last detail has been carefully thought out.
