Isolated single-family housing project located in Vélez-Málaga (Málaga). The house is developed on a plot of 557 m2. Its distribution, mainly on the ground floor, is characterized by its L-shape, with one wing of the house being occupied by the day area and another by the night area.
In the night area there are two bedrooms, one of them complete with its own dressing room and a bathroom incorporated into the space of the room.
The day area has a diaphanous character and consists of a double height that connects the main space with an upper floor that opens completely to it.
The volume of the building is characterized by the set of sloping roofs that give a strong personality to this house, which shows modern architecture but without renouncing the traditional typology of the area in which it is located.
The exterior spaces are sheltered by the shape of the house, with the pool being the central element.
