On the ground floor of the house, two areas are clearly differentiated, divided by the access that separates the day area and the night area. This separation is spatially intensified through the use of different floor levels, which gives more space to the day area (kitchen, dining room and living room) and a feeling of seclusion to the bedroom area.

The exterior platforms allow the useful surface of the house to be extended outside, giving rise to a rear space that complements the bedrooms, a terrace in front of the kitchen-living room that increases the living area and a platform at a lower level that is complete with pool.
