Single-family semi-detached house project located in Puerto de la Torre (Málaga). The house is developed on a 210 m2plot as a result of a new urbanization project on land with a topography that has a steep slope, which determines the structuring of the different levels of the house.
In addition to the strong topography, this project is conditioned by an obligatory alignment that, far from resulting in a flat façade, the design manages to give dynamism to the elevation of the house thanks to a set of inlets and outlets and changes in materiality.
The house is accessed through its lowest level, the basement, to ascend an external staircase to the ground floor platform. Inside, the ground floor houses the open living, dining and kitchen uses, pantry, laundry, bedroom and bathroom. The upper floor is used only for bedrooms, with a total of 2, one of them en suite with its own bathroom and dressing room, and a common bathroom.
At the back of the plot there is a leisure area with a swimming pool and a garden area.
